  7. NSF Grant Supports St. Lawrence Climate Research

    St. Lawrence received three NSF grants this year. A professor and student will use a $78,872 grant to travel—twice—to the Arctic’s Bering Sea Region and study the traditional ecological knowledge of the Siberian Yupik tribe.

  8. Advocacy Workshop Showcase

    Join us for a showcase of student advocacy work developed in an advocacy workshop with visiting scholar Dr. Alex Davenport. Learn about the ideas and issues that matter to SLU students as they show off their newly gained advocacy skills.  This event is free and open to the public.
