Saints Wrap Spring Seasons, Head to Liberty LeaguesIt was a great weekend to rep the Scarlet and Brown! Saints men's and women's track and field teams each won the Intercollegiate Athletics Twilight Meet on Saturday to wrap up the regular season before heading to the league championships. The victories for the Saints continued with women's tennis heading to the semi-finals after beating Ithaca 5-4, and women's lacrosse set to compete in the first round of the Liberty League tournament after defeating RIT 11-10 after dominating Nazareth 21-8 last week. Welcome, St. Lawrence Class of 2027!St. Lawrence’s newest Laurentians should already feel immensely proud of themselves. From their high school achievements in the classroom and community, the members of the Class of 2027 bring passion and curiosity to their next great adventure in the North Country and enter St. Lawrence with the highest-ever cumulative GPA of 93. Forty-three percent graduated at the top of their class. They celebrated their Matriculation on Sunday, August 20, and are now poised to make their mark on St. Lawrence. |

Weekend Wins for Saints Athletics; Winter Sports ContinueSaints Women’s Swimming and Diving secured their fourth straight dual meet victory over Saint Michael's on Saturday after defeating SUNY Potsdam on Friday, while Women’s Ice Hockey celebrated three key ECAC Hockey victories last week against Princeton (4-1), Union (5-1) and RPI (4-0). The weekend wins continued with the men’s and women’s track and field teams winning their respective home invitationals against SUNY Plattsburgh and SUNY Potsdam, while the men’s ice hockey team defeated Dartmouth 3-1. Women’s Squash swept Georgetown 9-0 following a 5-4 victory over Dickinson, while Men’s Squash defeated Dickinson 7-2 after topping Brown 8-1 last week. Men’s Basketball secured a 78-52 win over Clarkson while Women’s Basketball defeated William Smith 84-69 after securing a 61-43 win over RIT and topping Clarkson 54-36 earlier in the week.
