On May 16, President Morris informed the Laurentian community about the passing of Melinda Goss, a former assistant manager of the Brewer Bookstore. Known for her wide-ranging knowledge and thoughtful recommendations, Goss brought a genuine passion for books to her work and was a helpful, collegial presence to both staff and customers. Remembered by colleagues as steady, capable, and skilled at her craft, she was known for her baked goods and for supporting the day-to-day operations that kept our community running smoothly.
