2025 Frank P. Piskor Lecture Featuring Dr. Amanda Oldacre- Griffiths 123 Harlan Holladay Lecture Hall In this lecture, Dr. Oldacre will explain how we can use a technique that combines light and electricity, known as photo-electrochemistry, to break down microplastic pollutants. This method uses a light-activated catalyst to help degrade microplastics into harmless products like carbon dioxide and water. The lecture will focus on the assembly, characterization, and stability of the proposed degradation system. |

NYC Semester Wraps Up With National Model UN ConferenceTo wrap up the New York City semester, St. Lawrence students participated in the National Model United Nations conference. Over five days, our students represented Sweden across ten different committees, engaging in discussions about pressing global issues.
