Saints Winter Sports in Full SwingWhile the men's and women's cross country teams concluded the fall season with individual and team appearances at the NCAA National Championships, the winter sports season continues in full swing for the Saints. Over the weekend, men's basketball defeated SUNY Canton 68-52 and SUNY Potsdam 71-62 after beating Plattsburgh 77-65 earlier in the week. Women's basketball topped Plattsburgh 60-58 while men's squash opened its season with a 9-0 shutout over Brown University on Sunday. St. Lawrence Celebrates International Education WeekDuring International Education Week, students across campus gathered to eat, dance, create, and learn while celebrating the many different cultures represented at St. Lawrence. From Diwali, the Festival of Lights, dance workshops, and language lessons, to international art and sushi-making classes, there was no shortage of opportunities for students to share their cultures and learn new things about our community.
