    Saints to Compete in Liberty League Matchups

    It was a great weekend to be a Saint! On Saturday, Saints men's basketball closed out the regular season with a 71-63 win over Union, the team's sixth straight victory, after topping Skidmore 65-55 on Friday. Both the men's and women's basketball teams will head to the Liberty League Semi-Finals this weekend. The wins for the Scarlet and Brown continued with Saints men's and women's tennis teams securing a pair of 9-0 wins over SUNY Oneonta at home on Saturday while men's hockey beat Cornell 1-0 on the road and women's hockey beat Princeton 3-1 at home after defeating Quinnipiac 4-1 on Friday.  During the CSA Team Nationals on Sunday, women's squash beat Haverford College 8-1 and several members of the Saints swimming and diving and track and field teams secured individual wins to qualify for league championships.     University Chorus Concert: "Rest In Peace"

    - Various locations University Chorus, with members of the SLU String Orchestra, will present “Rest in Peace,” a music program for the twin religious holidays in November, All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day. Concerts are planned for Friday, November 11, at Pickens Hall in Heuvelton, N.Y., at 7 p.m. and Saturday, November 12, at Gunnison Memorial Chapel on the St. Lawrence campus at 8 p.m.

    Former Head Men’s Hockey Coach Joe Marsh P’03, ’06 was inducted into the Legends of Appleton on Saturday and formally honored for his tremendous contributions to both the men’s and women’s programs, as well as his leadership within and loyalty to the Laurentian and North Country communities.     Saints Men's Soccer Secure Liberty League Title; Skating Saints Sweep Legends Weekend

    Saints Men's Soccer are Liberty League Champions once again! The Scarlet and Brown defeated RIT 1-0 in the semifinals on Friday before securing a championship win (3-1) over Skidmore College on Sunday. The team will advance to the NCAA Tournament and details will be announced this week. Saints men's ice hockey swept the competition during Legends Weekend at Appleton with a 3-2 win over RPI on Friday and a 4-2 win over Union on Saturday while women's hockey topped RIT 3-0 on the road. A total of 80 student-athletes earned Liberty League All-Academic honors in recognition of their success in the classroom at St. Lawrence.
