In partnership with Class of 2020 leadership, the Student Life team is excited to share the Commencement Weekend Schedule of Events.  Please see below for a schedule for members of the Class of 2020 as well as a schedule for registered parents and guests.

Class of 2020 Alumni Schedule of Events

FRIDAY, JULY 30

  • 5-7 p.m.: Dana Dinner: Taco Bar
  • 8-10 p.m.: “Senior Blues Social” at Pub 56

Please note: Outside alcohol is not permitted at these events except BYOB cans at the FYP Field Days.

SATURDAY, JULY 31

  • 10 a.m.-2 p.m.: Fantasy Dana Brunch

  • 2-5 p.m.: FYP Reunion Field Days

  • 5-7 p.m.: BBQ Dinner with Faculty, Staff and Guests

  • 8-9:30 p.m.: Wine & Dessert Social

  • 9:30 p.m.: Fireworks

SUNDAY, AUGUST 1 (COMMENCEMENT SUNDAY)

  • 8-9:30 a.m.: Continental Breakfast
  • 10 a.m.: Commencement Ceremony in Newell Field House (doors open at 8 a.m.)

While the majority of events are intended for the Class of 2020 graduates to be together, guests making the trip to Canton are invited to participate in the following weekend events:

FRIDAY, JULY 30

  • 7:30-9:30 p.m.: Guest Dessert Reception at Appleton Arena, Legends Room

SATURDAY, JULY 31

    5-7 p.m.: BBQ Dinner with Faculty, Staff, and Guests

    9:30 p.m.: Fireworks

SUNDAY, AUGUST 1 (COMMENCEMENT SUNDAY)

  • 8 a.m.: Doors open in Newell Field House for Commencement (ceremony begins at 10 a.m.)
