Wellness Education is pleased to sponsor the second annual Stress Less Week, an initiative started by Active Minds, one of the leading nonprofits dedicated to promoting mental health among young adults.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to share stress management tips on the Wellness Education Instagram (@SLUdentWellness) story by emailing brief tips to wellness@stlawu.edu
