THIS CONCERT IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY AFTERNOON AT 2PM.
This exciting event includes music from Superman Returns, Apollo 13, Jurassic Park, Star Trek Into Darkness, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Avatar, Pirates of the Caribbean, and others! The concert runs approximately 70 minutes.
The 33 members of the St. Lawrence University String Orchestra are joined by additional students and professional musicians from Canton, Potsdam, Norwood, Massena, Gouverneur, Antwerp, Philadelphia, and Watertown to comprise a full symphony orchestra of approximately 60 players!
The event is free and open to the public, with donations accepted at the run-out location.
