The New Teachers Collaborative (NTC) is based at the Francis W. Parker Charter Essential School/Theodore R. Sizer Teachers Center in Devens, MA. NTC is a year-long MA teacher licensure program that follows the philosophy that teachers learn best by teaching. This program allows teacher candidates to immerse themselves fully in the classroom and whole school experience.
