    Saints Earn Liberty League Honors

    Men’s Cross-Country: Senior Nick Lyndaker captured his second consecutive Liberty League individual title to lead the men's cross country team to a second-place finish at the Liberty League Championship on Saturday at the Hoffmann Cross Country Course. Lyndaker crossed the line in 25:16.6, becoming the first Saint to win back-to-back Liberty League titles since John Johnston in 2010 and 2011. His victory marked the 27th individual conference championship in program history.

    Riding: The riding team wrapped up their second weekend of competition with a first-place tie on Saturday at SUNY Geneseo and a home win on Sunday. On Saturday, the Saints picked up five blue ribbon finishes and three second place finishes to tie for first place with the University of Guelph, finishing with 35 points. Senior Annie Kammer was named the High Point Rider. On Sunday, Senior Harper Eskey was named the High Point Rider with first-place finishes in both Open Fences and Open Flat.

    Women’s Cross-Country: Sophomore Avery Blanchard paced the women's cross country team with a sixth-place finish as the Saints took second overall at the Liberty League Championship on Saturday. Blanchard completed the six-kilometer race in 22:51.1, earning All-Liberty League First Team honors. Juniors Charlotte Blake and Quinn Sirgany followed close behind, finishing ninth and 10th with times of 23:04.1 and 23:04.8, respectively. Sirgany earned Second Team All-Liberty League recognition for her top-10 effort.

    Volleyball: The St. Lawrence University volleyball team didn't drop a single set at Saturday's SUNY Poly Triad. They beat Keuka in straight sets to kick the day off, then followed it up with a victory over host SUNY Poly, both 3-0.
