    Volleyball Sweeps the Competition at Home; Fall Sports Continue
    Last week, Saints volleyball secured several 3-0 wins in their at-home matchups against Saint Michael's College, Vassar College, and Bard College. The wins continued with Esports defeating St. Joseph's College 2-0 and Providence College 3-0, while the field hockey team secured a 2-0 non-conference win over SUNY Oswego, and the men's soccer team defeated Clarkson 3-0.  On Friday, Men's Hockey won their season-opener 2-1 on the road against Colorado College while the Saints men's and women's golf teams wrapped up the fall portion of their schedule at the Nazareth Fall Invitational.

    Saints Make 2022 Winter Olympic Appearances

    St. Lawrence student-athletes and alumni will represent Teams U.S.A., Canada, Denmark, and China as they compete for gold in women's ice hockey, skiing, and skeleton racing at the 2022 Winter Olympic Games in Beijing, China.     Saints Women's Squash Claim Liberty League Championships; Winter Sports Continue

    Saints Women’s Squash claimed the Liberty League Championship this weekend after dominating Vassar 9-0, William Smith 6-3, and Bard 9-0. The tournament championship win is the fourth for the Saints. Women’s Ice Hockey topped Quinnipiac 5-1 on Sunday and 2-1 on Saturday after Lucy Morgan ’23 recorded her ninth career shutout and Suyeon Eom ’24 scored her first collegiate goal during the team’s 3-0 win over Princeton earlier in the week. Men’s Ice Hockey battled to a 1-1 tie with Brown on Saturday after defeating Yale 2-1 in overtime on Friday. The weekend wins continued with Saints Women’s Basketball topping William Smith 69-48 and RIT 69-61 while Men’s Basketball defeated Hobart 66-46 and RIT 77-86.  During the Liberty League Championship weekend, Men’s Squash beat Hobart 8-1, Bard 9-0, and Vassar 9-0 but the University of Rochester ultimately secured the Liberty League title. At the Bomber Invitational, Men’s Track and Field won the two-team distance medley relay while Timothy Boyce ’25 won the mile and Women’s Track and Field’s Katherine Sheehy ’23 won the 5,000 meters.
