Laurentian Wins!This past week women’s volleyball earned victories in both Friday contests, with Vivian Zymeck ’23 leading the way offensively to two 3-1 wins over both Bard College and SUNY Canton. Men's soccer beat Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in a 1-0 game with Ben Woelfinger ’23 gaining his fifth career shutout. Marking the start of a new academic year, faculty, staff, and university personnel gathered to celebrate the contributions of all members of the St. Lawrence community. The University recognized faculty who earned tenure and promotions during the annual Convocation and honored several employees with awards for their outstanding service. The ceremony was held outside the Herring-Cole Grove in the Enchanted Forest on Wednesday, August 23.
