In this workshop, students will explore ecological feelings beyond the cliched hope-despair dichotomy. Together, we will consider how ecological feelings like anger, apathy, care, fear, grief, joy, optimism, and rage influence  our thoughts, judgments, and actions.

    Sounds of the Outskirts, a lecture by Dr. Alissa Cherry. An exploratory look at a 32-mile urban sound walk in NYC. Sounds of the Outskirts allowed the city to speak for itself when defining its own identity. This lecture will share highlights of the sound walk and ask the audience to listen to the identity of their own homes. All are welcome.
