    World on a String features original music and arrangements by Paul Meyers, featuring Brazilian rhythms - bossa nova, samba, baiao, and much more! Other styles and rhythms are used as well, but the focus is on the rich variety of beautiful Brazilian sounds. Members: Paul Meyers (guitar), Leo Traversa (bass), and Vanderlei Pereira (percussion)

  4. 50 Years of Environmental Studies: From Students to Changemakers

    Please join us on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm at Sykes Formal Lounge to celebrate 50 years of Environmental Studies. We are excited to welcome Al Schwartz and Glenn Harris, the first two ENVS faculty members, along with our panelists. The panel will be moderated by Diane White Husic, Executive Director of the Center for the Environment and David Murphy, Professor and Chair of Environmental Studies.
