Victoria Lederer

A 2014 St Lawrence Master’s program graduate, Victoria joined University Advancement in November 2017 as the Associate Director of Laurentian Engagement and was involved in the planning and coordination of Reunion Weekend and other on-campus events supported by Advancement. In 2021, she was promoted to Senior Associate Director of Laurentian Engagement and Annual Giving which added on fundraising and stewardship efforts to her role. Over the years she has helped organize and ensure success for many key in-person and virtual events, including President Morris’ inauguration, the Total Eclipse of the Quad, and Reunion Weekends. Now, as Director of Laurentian Engagement, she oversees the management of all Laurentian Engagement projects, events, and staff while joining as a secondary liaison to the Alumni Executive Council.

While earning her graduate degree, Victoria worked as the assistant coach for the men’s and women’s swimming and diving teams, supporting athletes in reaching their goals.  After graduation, Victoria opted to remain in the North Country and transitioned to a role in St. Lawrence’s Student Life division as Residential Coordinator.  This role in Residence Life included the management of 21 Community Assistants and oversight of three first year residence halls.

Prior to her work and studies at St. Lawrence, Victoria earned her undergraduate degree from Kenyon College (2011) with a major in chemistry and a minor in art-history and was a four year member of the varsity swimming team. In keeping in touch with her athletic spirit, she now enjoys outdoor pursuits around the North Country, competing in marathons and triathlons, and running with her dog, Wolfie.
