WINDOW HOURS during Remote Learning Extension - Effective Immediately as of March 31st: The Student Mail Center window hours are 12noon – 2pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Remote access and requests by email at email@example.com, Monday – Friday 9am – 4:30pm (closed Saturday and Sunday).
Carrier Update: DHL confirmed they are experiencing delays with deliveries.
REMOTE LEARNING STUDENTS can have packages forwarded by replying to SMC email instructing us on where you want your item forwarded. SMC will respond with details on what you need to do (if anything) to cover postage. Otherwise, we will hold your packages until you return. First class letter mail will automatically be sent to your home address unless directed otherwise. Please contact the SMC immediately if you have changed your home address recently.
Office Services, Faculty/Staff Mailroom, and Student Mail Center Operation Updates:
PRINT SERVICES is closed, as of Monday, March 23, 2020. If print jobs were submitted prior to the closure we will contact customers, if we have not already, to discuss the timelines of print jobs. If print requests are submitted during the closure, we will contact the customer to discuss options.
FACULTY/STAFF MAILROOM is open from 8am to noon, Monday - Friday. If departments would like to request special arrangements for mail delivery/pickup, please contact Amber Jaquith and Olga Grant by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. We are coordinating with departments to ensure mail is delivered and making special arrangements for those who have made a request.
STUDENT MAIL CENTER is open. Unless otherwise directed, we will hold Student Center department mail. If Student Center departments would like to request special arrangements for the delivery of their mail and packages, please contact Warren Harman by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
