WINDOW HOURS during Remote Learning Extension - Effective Immediately as of March 31st: The Student Mail Center window hours are 12noon – 2pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Remote access and requests by email at email@example.com, Monday – Friday 9am – 4:30pm (closed Saturday and Sunday).
Carrier Update: DHL confirmed they are experiencing delays with deliveries.
REMOTE LEARNING STUDENTS can have packages forwarded by replying to SMC email instructing us on where you want your item forwarded. SMC will respond with details on what you need to do (if anything) to cover postage. Otherwise, we will hold your packages until you return. First class letter mail will automatically be sent to your home address unless directed otherwise. Please contact the SMC immediately if you have changed your home address recently.
Office Services, Faculty/Staff Mailroom, and Student Mail Center Operation Updates:
PRINT SERVICES is now open. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm. COVID-19 Signage can be ordered by visiting the COVID-19 Poster webpage https://www.stlawu.edu/university-communications/covid-19-posters. Questions can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
FACULTY/STAFF MAILROOM is open from 8am to noon, Monday - Friday. If departments would like to request special arrangements for mail delivery/pickup, please contact Amber Jaquith and Olga Grant by e-mail at email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. We are coordinating with departments to ensure mail is delivered and making special arrangements for those who have made a request.
