Abstract:
In introduction to statistics, we learn about linear regression, which helps us to model the relationship between two quantitative variables. In this talk, I'll describe a different kind of regression, one that is often used to model the log-odds as the response of a quantitative explanatory variable. The regression is called logistic regression.
