Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee a story or piece of content will be developed. Content decisions are made based on institutional priorities, University Communications goals, and staff bandwidth. Someone from Communications will be in touch with an update.

News Submission

This form is for any faculty, staff, or student to submit information about being featured or mentioned in local, regional, national, or international media outlets, as well as any news tips (research published and/or presented, awards and recognitions, book announcements).

Some faculty news tips will be included in “Faculty Focus,” a roundup published roughly once a month that showcases the breadth of their collective expertise. In some circumstances, individual news items--such as book announcements--may be featured separately.

St. Lawrence regularly features a selection of recent mentions of St. Lawrence University and its community members in the "St. Lawrence in the News" media roundup.

Content Request

This form is for colleagues who want writing and/or editing support from University Communications for projects such as email or letter-writing campaigns, appeals, webpage updates, or other short-form pieces of content. If you need to discuss a possible designed publication or piece, please use the Creative Request Form. Requests should be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the date the content is needed.
