Introducing New Service Request System (SRS)

Effective Tuesday, August 14, LIT will begin using a new Service Request System (SRS) for all technology related service.

We are offering ½-hour demonstrations for you to come see the new system – please visit to reserve a seat!

This new system features automated workflow management tools and other resources that will help us better support the university’s growing needs.  Over the last six months the SRS team has been working diligently with the vendor and other universities to standardize our processes.  We have also engaged campus users to help us configure the system to most effectively outline our services and deliver self-help information.   The product is designed by TeamDynamix and is highly regarded within higher education.

Please note: the process for initiating a service request online will remain the same – click the “Submit a Service Request” button on the IT Website – and you’ll still be able to contact the ODY Service Desk at 315.229.5770.
