Add addresses and domains to safe sender list

This article explains how to add email addresses and domains to your safe sender list in Outlook Web Mail. Managing safe senders via Outlook Web Mail (i.e., server side), as opposed to client side (Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail or other applications downloaded and installed to manage email), is recommended.

  1. Log in to Outlook Web Mail at with your St. Lawrence username and password
  2. Select Options
  3. Select See All Options
  4. Select Block or Allow
