Explore More, Connect More, Become More

The challenges and opportunities of sophomore year make it a season of transformation. It is a time to think about deepening engagement in the community, through involvement in campus organizations, community-based learning, or volunteer services. It is a time to plan off-campus study, regularly described by students as a life-changing experience. In the spring, sophomores at St. Lawrence declare their majors, an important milestone in their academic trajectory. Students can also explore summer opportunities, such as paid research fellowships, internships, and jobs.
