Shannon Marlatt

Shannon Marlatt is the Assistant Director of Early Career Engagement with the Center for Career Excellence. She develops career programs and outreach for first-year students, second-year students, and transfers. Shannon also serves as a career coach and is passionate about helping students throughout their career journeys, no matter where they are in the process.
Shannon has two bachelor's degrees from SUNY Geneseo in English and Communication, and also an M.S. Ed. from Alfred University in College Student Development. Prior to working at St. Lawrence, Shannon worked at Clarkson University as the Assistant Director of HEOP, LSAMP, CSTEP, and McNair. She is passionate about mental health, DEI work, and positively connecting with others.
