Dear Laurentian community,

I am pleased to share that the search for our next Vice President for Student Life has begun. I would like to thank the following individuals, who have agreed to serve on the search committee.

The University has retained the services of Mark Hall at Spelman Johnson to help facilitate the search process. As part of the process of developing the position profile, he has met with key stakeholders, including trustees, senior staff, student life staff, and a group of student leaders. The position description and announcement are currently posted on the Spelman Johnson website. 

As we approach Laurentian Weekend and prepare to welcome families and alumni to campus, I am grateful for the strong, vibrant, and friendly community that will help us recruit our next leader of the student life division.
