Transition in University Advancement

Dear Laurentian community,

I write to share that Troy Finn, vice president for university advancement has resigned from his position at St. Lawrence.

He was offered and accepted a dream opportunity to lead a start-up consulting firm that will counsel non-profit organizations in generating philanthropic revenue to fuel their missions.  Please join me in expressing appreciation for his service to St. Lawrence since he arrived in May and wishing him all the best in his future endeavors.

Kim Robinson Hissong ‘94, associate vice president for university advancement will lead the division as Acting Vice President in the short-term while we work to identify interim leadership and eventually search for a permanent Vice President. I have faith and confidence in Kim and the rest of the University Advancement leadership team to provide the right leadership during this time and continue to build support for our Laurentian mission.

Sincerely,

Kate Morris
