  • If the thesis is less than 120 pages it will be printed single-sided.
  • If the thesis is 120 pages or more, it will be printed double-sided.
  • Theses must be submitted as a PDF file.

Submit a PDF for each thesis through the Print Job Submission form at https://www.stlawu.edu/it/node/add/print-request.

Send printed theses to Lori Locke in ODY through Campus Mail.

The Library pays for binding the first four copies. Each copy over and above that is charged to the department.  A budget code should be provided to Lori Locke at the time of shipment if more than four copies are required.  The library will charge your department after the bound copies are sent back to you.

After bound theses are returned to ODY, one copy is catalogued for the Archives, the balance of the copies are sent to the departments through Campus Mail.
