This cottage balances support for students of Latina heritage with the education of the campus and community on customs, traditions, and issues facing Latina people.

Residents have sponsored Salsa, Meringue, and Baachata dance lessons hosted Dia de Los Muertos festivities and partnered with other organizations on cultural programming and education.
