St. Lawrence Students Awarded Record Number of Gilman Scholarships This academic year, 15 St. Lawrence students were awarded the prestigious Benjamin A. Gilman Scholarships, marking the largest cohort of Gilman scholars in St. Lawrence history.

Alumni in Action–July 2023 Several St. Lawrence alumni were featured by news outlets for publishing novels, strengthening connections in their communities, mentoring the next generation of Laurentians, and making their mark in the National Hockey League.

Students Hone Their Voices and Their Skills in St. Lawrence’s Podcasting Studio Nestled in the left wing on the main floor of Owen D. Young Library, St. Lawrence’s new podcasting studio is a space intentionally designed with collaboration and creativity in mind.

SLU Connect Goes Coast to Coast During the spring semester, students attended SLU Connect programs in San Francisco and Boston where they connected with alumni industry experts in a variety of fields, including ocean exploration, energy solutions, commercial real estate, investment banking, transportation, and e-commerce. Over the span of four days, students were immersed in roundtable discussions, guided company tours, networking receptions, and so much more!
