In his book "Finding Flow," author Mihaly Csikszentmihalti states "In an ideal situation, a person would be constantly growing while enjoying whatever he or she [or they] did...It takes energy to achieve optimal experiences, and all too often we are unable, or unwilling, to put out the initial effort."
The members of the Improv Lab have once again been both willing and able to put out the effort necessary to create peak experiences throughout our semester together. We hope you enjoy tonight's product of our ongoing and enriching process.
