Students with approved testing accommodations may make an appointment to take their exams at Student Accessibility Services located at the Fox Hall.  If you have not yet approved this semesters IEAP accommodations, go to your email and look for messages from your SAS advisor.

We highly recommend you complete the request form 3 days prior to your quiz/exam to ensure space and resources are available.   Exams must be scheduled to be taken at the same time as the regular classroom exams and be taken in one sitting.  The only exception is an injury or when time accommodations extend into another class time.

Student Expectations

  • The Student Accessibility Services office instructs students to activate their Individual Educational Accommodation Plan (IEAP) letters to each of their professors during the first few weeks of class – both fall and spring semesters.  However, some students prefer not to reveal their need for accommodations until later in the semester.
  • Once a student has activated their accommodations for that semester, faculty will receive an email from the Student Accessibility Services Advisor with their accommodations.
  • Students are responsible for filling out the exam/quiz form which is a request  for SAS to proctor at a separate location in Fox Hall.
  • Students are responsible for cancelling there proctoring appointments through this link and will need to make a new request by filling out the exam/quiz form.
