Class Year
Blen Gebrehiwot is a member of the Class of 2022 from Alexandria, Virginia. She is a double major in economics and business in the liberal arts. Blen is particularly interested in researching economic issues and public policy. She was able to tie her interest in her research project during the summer of 2020, which consisted of studying the economic problems of COVID-19 and public policy suggestions. She has plans to further her research interests and pursue a career in policy.
