In celebration of brain awareness week, the SLU Neuroscience Program hosted the third annual Brain Blast celebration in the lobby of the Johnson Hall of Science. At the event, which took place on Friday March 25th from 3 to 5:30 pm, faculty and students lead various hands-on and interactive exhibits that highlighted the wide variety of neuroscience research being conducted at SLU and taught individuals of all ages about brain function. Participants were encouraged to walk at their own pace through the various exhibits to learn about memory, pain, sensation and perception, animal behavior and more!
