Bill Collins has his doctorate in Educational Administration from Boston College. He serves as Coordinator of the Educational Leadership Programs and Assistant Professor of Education at St. Lawrence University. Bill served a dozen years as a school administrator. He is the co-author of Leader of Leaders: The Handbook for Principals on the Cultivation, Support, and Impact of Teacher-Leaders. Bill is founder of the Principals' Academy and the Pioneer Valley Literacy Conference. Bill presents on educational topics including: Principal Evaluation, New Teacher Induction & Mentoring, Teacher-Leadership, Instructional Rounds and Humor in the Classroom. Bill has been a middle school guidance counselor, assistant principal and private school principal. Bill has his captain's license and in his spare time he sails small boats throughout the Northeast.
