Kathy Dupray is the Assistant Catering Manager here at
St. Lawrence. She has worked in the Dining and Conference Services Department for the last ten years starting in Dining Services as a Catering Food Service Generalist and then moving into the position of Concessions Manager at Appleton Arena and other venues. In 2005 she accepted the position of Assistant Catering Manager where she helps to coordinate the catering staff and execute all catered events at the President's House and on Campus.
Kathy is a North Country native, born and raised in Waddington, New York on the beautiful St. Lawrence River. When she's not working at St. Lawrence you can find her at "A Touch of Icing", the coffee and cake shop she owns and operates in downtown Waddington.
