Joe Keniston

A 2005 graduate of St. Lawrence, Joe was named the Executive Director of Laurentian Engagement in September of 2020. He is responsible for the overall management of Laurentian engagement and annual giving teams, programs and operations.

Joe, who also received his Master’s degree from St. Lawrence in 2007, joined the Advancement team as the Director of Laurentian Engagement in 2015.  He and his team developed strategies and opportunities for every Laurentian to remain connected to St. Lawrence.  Prior to his work in Advancement, he spent nearly 10 years in the St. Lawrence athletic department as a member of the sports information staff.

An active member of the North Country community, Joe co-founded the North Country Junior Golf Tour in 2014 alongside John Pezdek ’03, M’07, which promotes affordable tournament golf to North Country children. He resides in Madrid with his wife Meg ’07 and dog, Hotch.
