Insoo Cho is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics at St. Lawrence University. She expects to earn her Ph.D. in Economics from Iowa State University in Fall 2012, where she specialized in labor economics and environmental and resource economics. Her doctoral research focuses on the role of measured risk preferences in a variety of labor market settings. Her dissertation shows that commonly used measures of risk preferences do not behave as theory would suggest in many of these settings. In general, her research and teaching interests lie in the field of labor economics and entrepreneurship.
