Caitlin Goolden

Caitlin joined University Advancement in November 2013 and has more than eight years of experience as a professional researcher within higher education. She assumed the role as Director of Prospect Research, Prospect Management, and Data Analytics in November 2021. Previously, she held the titles of Assistant Director of Prospect Research, and then Associate Director of Prospect Research/Management. In her current role, she leads the prospect research and management team in implementing plans that accurately identify new prospective donors and oversees all processes associated with portfolio management and analytics. She is currently a Director-at-Large of APRA-NY (Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement - NY Chapter), where she has been a member since 2014.

Originally from Canton, NY, Caitlin is a 2013 graduate of St. Lawrence and earned her B.A. in Sociology, with a minor in Education. While at St. Lawrence, Caitlin was involved in several Community Based Learning services and tutored for the Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program.
