Early Warning Form (for faculty)
The Early Warning period for the Fall 2021 semester has officially ended. Please enter midterm warning grades for your students with current grades below a 2.0 in your courses in APR2.
Directions for submitting midterm warning grades in APR2: Select the Faculty tab. Select your course section. Choose Grading. Click on the “Midterm 1” option above and then use the drop-down Midterm grading tool to select appropriate warning grades for students as needed. There is not a SUBMIT button.
If you are unable to provide a midterm grade or have new or continuing concerns about students, please send written comments, including course section and student information, by email to: email@example.com. Submitted reports will be forwarded to the student's advisor(s) by the Office of Academic Advising, but will NOT be sent to the student.
Outside the Early Warning period, please contact Academic Support (firstname.lastname@example.org) with concerns about any students you may have.
