St. Lawrence University’s Noon in the Chapel will feature music for Christmas from the British Isles at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 11, in Gunnison Memorial Chapel. The performance is free and open to the public.

The concert, performed by Sondra Goldsmith Proctor, St. Lawrence organist and musician-in-residence, will feature familiar and traditional carols from England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, including the music of Ralph Vaughan Williams and Alan Bullard with arrangements by John Rutter and David Willcocks. The performance will also feature the Ad Hoc Singers of Julia Pomainville and Alexandra Jacobs Wilke and Laura Rediehs playing flute.

Parking for chapel events will be in H-Lot, across from Griffiths Arts Center and next to Vilas Hall. There may also be parking available in R Lot, next to Brush Alumni House on University Avenue. There also will be a drop-off location and limited handicapped parking spaces in front of Richardson Hall and at the front of the chapel.
