Psychology Professors Publish Journal Article

Mark Oakes, assistant professor of psychology, and Serge Onyper, associate professor of psychology, published an article in the journal Cognitive Processing.

The article, "The Movement-Induced Self-Reference Effect: Enhancing memorability through movement toward the self," explores how memory making changes based on whether objects are brought toward or pushed away from oneself.
