Noon in the Chapel to Feature French Repertoire
St. Lawrence University’s Noon in the Chapel will perform a French repertoire, beginning at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, April 26, in Gunnison Memorial Chapel. The performance is free and open to the public.
The performance, featuring St. Lawrence’s organist and musician-in-residence Sondra Goldsmith Proctor, will feature selections from "Messe pour les paroisses" by François Couperin, "Prélude" and "Toccata" by Théodore Dubois, as well as selections from "Livre d'orgue" by Swiss composer Samuel Ducommun, "Cantabile" by César Franck, "Cortège et litanie" by Marcel Dupré, and more.
Parking for chapel events will be in H-Lot, across from Griffiths Arts Center and next to Vilas Hall. There also will be a drop-off location and limited handicapped parking spaces in front of Richardson Hall and at the front of the chapel.
