Although she was a global studies major, the music department and arts-oriented organizations on campus made many opportunities available for Jordan and non-majors. She lived in the Java house, which oversees the student-run music venue on campus. This experience led to her current job as a booking agent for the alternative rock band, Aqueous. She also participated in music ensembles and worked as an arts event coordinator. Jordan studied abroad in Kenya and traveled to various places such as China, Taiwan and Nepal through St. Lawrence. She was vice-president of Club Yoga, president of Literacy for Nepal, and heavily active in The Weave.
