Registration via this link is required.  SciFinder provides access to the CAS (Chemical Abstracts Service) databases covering the chemical literature, chemical substances and reactions, chemical catalogs and regulatory information, as well as the Medline database. Literature sources include journals, patents, conference proceedings, technical reports, dissertations, selected books, and more.

It has full text of articles from nearly 100 periodicals, dating as far back as 1995, graphs, charts, diagrams, photos, and illustrations and abstracting and indexing as far back as 1984 for many peer-reviewed journals.
