Photogrammar is a collection of 170,000+ photographs from 1935 to 1945 created by the United State’s Farm Security Administration and Office of War Information (FSA-OWI). The original photographs are part of the collection of the Library of Congress, and Yale University is making the digital versions available.

The photographs are searchable by topic, state, and county, and detail the ordinary lives of Americans has the Great Depression segued into World War Two.  It is a remarkable collection that exists as public information, and would much benefit any research project touching on this moment of American history.
