Technology provided by St. Lawrence University is fully supported by IT for all software and hardware needs. To get University technology repaired, submit a service request on the IT website, contact the IT HelpDesk, or bring your device to the Madill IT HelpDesk.
Personally Owned Technology
IT can assist with connecting to St. Lawrence resources such as VPN, SLU email, and network access. For repair of other issues such as broken hardware, malfunctioning software, viruses, etc., IT can recommend other local support options.
