IT HelpDesk at ODY
Since 2011, Owen D. Young Library is home to Information Technology's second help desk. In 2014, the IT HelpDesk was combined with the Research HelpDesk to provide a more seamless experience for our faculty, staff and students. Both the IT HelpDesk and Research HelpDesk are located on the main floor opposite of the Circulation Desk.
Technology assistance is available at the ODY IT HelpDesk and IT's main office located in Madill Hall. Assistance is also available by calling (315) 229-5770 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
For research assistance, ODY's Research HelpDesk can connect you with reference librarians and student research assistant. Information regarding ODY's Research HelpDesk is available at http://www.stlawu.edu/library/help or by phone (315) 229-5447.
Educational Technologies staff are located at the lower level of ODY and available for IT support. Contact the IT HelpDesk to schedule a consultation.
