GS graduate featured in article on organic and biodynamic farm

Isabel Borman, who graduated in 2012 with a major in Global Studies, is featured in a recent Durango (CO) Herald article on Jensen’s Homegrown Biodynamics Farm in southwestern Colorado:

While at St. Lawrence, Borman took full advantage of the Global Studies department's emphasis on student-driven learning, putting together a program that included two semesters studying off campus in Kenya and New Zealand and completing an Honors SYE (Senior Year Experience) project examining the cultural construction of tourism in both locations.  She also wrote the Tourism Gone Astray? blog on the Weave, the Global Studies department's independent media project focused on underreported stories.
