Seed-to-Table Interns

Hanne Bailey, class of 2013, rotates a compost pile as part of her project “From Seed to Table” at St. Lawrence University’s own Ecological Sustainability Landscape (ESL). This project, funded by a Mellon Initiative Grant, allows students to delve into organic agricultural production methods; the skills and knowledge acquired through the “From Seed to Table” project will prove to be life-long and valuable.
