Visiting Assistant Professor of Fiction, Sara Schaff will read from her debut collection of stories, Say Something Nice About Me, (Augury Books). Schaff's stories and essays have appeared in LitHub, Joyland, Southern Humanities ReviewChicago Quarterly Review, The Rumpus, and elsewhere. She served as a visiting assistant professor of creative writing at Oberlin College and currently teaches fiction, creative nonfiction, and playwriting at St. Lawrence University. The reading will be followed by a book sale and signing. Poet Benjamin Landry, whose work has appeared in The New Yorker and Kenyon Review, will read from Burn Lyrics, his recent collection of poetry incorporating the fragments of Sappho. Landry received the Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award for his work. The reading will be followed by a book sale and signing.
