Know the Company, Shine in the Interview: Company Research Resources Workshop
Find out in this session what graduate programs hope to learn about you from your personal statements and how to write a statement that will stand out from the crowd. This program will address issues unique to both the open-ended general personal statement and the question and response format.
Most graduate schools will ask for a copy of your CV as part of your application materials. A CV, while similar to a resume, is different in many important ways. This workshop will breakdown all the parts of a CV and enable you to construct an effective CV for the graduate admissions process.
This program will cover the logistics of registering for and taking the Revised GRE General Test as well as a breakdown of each section and what it's designed to measure. Participants will also get a chance to try their hand at some GRE questions from each section with answers explained.
If you are planning to apply for an Internship Fellowship to help cover your expenses during an internship this winter or summer, plan to attend this workshop. We will provide information about how to make your application as strong as possible and increase you chances of being funded.
